Muscular Therapy Massage

Mainly based on Swedish Massage, the sessions are a unique blend of techniques used to help instill a deep state of relaxation and wholeness.  Various pressure, speed and rhythm combine to find just the right spots where it "hurts so good."   Ahimsa - compassion, loving-kindness, non-harming - is the utmost intention for each session. 

Only high quality oils and lotions, including oils blended with Ayurvedic herbs to soothe and heal muscles and joints, are used.
